Wonderful Service

In the last six months especially I've been a very demanding customer and I'd like to publicly state my admiration for the whole team.

Customer service has been wonderful either dealing directly with my queries or connecting me with the people who could deal with my special order requirements.

Everyone has been incredibly patient, willing and efficient. I love you for this as much as for the great clothes.

Those of us who need and want stylish and interesting clothes that fit us and work for both our personal and work life, especially at the top end of this extended size range, know how demoralising it can be to clothes shop even online.

To have quality service and the willingness to explore what will really work for me restores my faith. And my wardrobe looks good too.

Absolutely beautiful. Comfortable and unique. I wore it for lunch with a friend on a lovely Spring day and several ladies admired it. The colour is so right for Spring and Summer and lifts the mood after darker days

Our Posting Costs

We charge an at-cost flat posting rate and do not add to our garment prices to compensate for apparently free/low postage.
We do not pay for return postage.

We try and be as fair as we can and welcome feedback on our policy.

Our postage is a flat rate, whatever the size of your parcel.

Our postage cost covers the cost and ensures that staff who handle your order can be properly paid.

Most customer orders are for 2 or more items. If you order a single item and think the postage is too high let us know and we will credit you part of the cost.
