Just to say a big thank you for sorting the recent delivery tracking number glitch. I know you guys have had a messy week with moving your depot - not an easy thing to deal with nor something that is achieved in five minutes! Being let down by Royal Mail didn't help and I know you always try very hard to get orders to customers ASAP. Just to let you know that I appreciate all your efforts and love the clothes on your website. Thank you again.

Lovely skirt

I love this skirt the subtle colours and weight of fabric are perfect for me. I was disappointed to find I was too late for the tunic. My fault for being indecive .

Sad to say I am very disappointed with your customer service. It's very frustrating in this day and age not to be able to pick the phone up and speak to someone. My emails take hours and sometimes a whole day to be responded to - really not good enough guys. You have lovely stock but I think you are being let down by this side of your business.

Our Posting Costs

We charge an at-cost flat posting rate and do not add to our garment prices to compensate for apparently free/low postage.
We do not pay for return postage.

We try and be as fair as we can and welcome feedback on our policy.

Our postage is a flat rate, whatever the size of your parcel.

Our postage cost covers the cost and ensures that staff who handle your order can be properly paid.

Most customer orders are for 2 or more items. If you order a single item and think the postage is too high let us know and we will credit you part of the cost.
