Your emails telling me of new lines

You send me emails letting me know when you have new lines. By the time you do however most of the sizes, mine included have been sold. Can you please send these out earlier so that we have a better chance of actually buying something we want like a purple velvet jacket(size 2), for example.

Just ordered a purple scoop neck and wanted a green one ....but my size is not available. As they only came into my e mail today...surely they havent sold out already? Are you getting any more in size 5.

Our Posting Costs

We charge an at-cost flat posting rate and do not add to our garment prices to compensate for apparently free/low postage.
We do not pay for return postage.

We try and be as fair as we can and welcome feedback on our policy.

Our postage is a flat rate, whatever the size of your parcel.

Our postage cost covers the cost and ensures that staff who handle your order can be properly paid.

Most customer orders are for 2 or more items. If you order a single item and think the postage is too high let us know and we will credit you part of the cost.
