I am a very good customer and have purchased many items from you. My only gripe is that we are required to pay postage to return items. I feel this has put me off ordering more clothes which could have ended in me purchasing more than I had intended!

So sorry, I'm not a skirt person I stick to trousers & tops so I'm afraid unable to help on creasing for the skirts in linen/viscose but even if it does crease the fabric is so lovely sure it won't matter! I really like the new patterned trousers but they're all too long for me but the fabrics are so beautiful I'm really tempted!

Our Posting Costs

We charge an at-cost flat posting rate and do not add to our garment prices to compensate for apparently free/low postage.
We do not pay for return postage.

We try and be as fair as we can and welcome feedback on our policy.

Our postage is a flat rate, whatever the size of your parcel.

Our postage cost covers the cost and ensures that staff who handle your order can be properly paid.

Most customer orders are for 2 or more items. If you order a single item and think the postage is too high let us know and we will credit you part of the cost.
